This free 15 minute discovery call is our introduction to each other. You will be able to get a sense of what to expect from a coaching consult with me. I will be able to learn a bit about you and your present goals. If we are a good fit, we can begin to plan our first coaching consult. And if not, I can offer a referral for what you might be looking for.
Coaching Consultations
Book a coaching consultation to explore your natal chart and we can map your personal path toward your best life. Here at Joy at the Helm, we provide focused coaching sessions on the five domains of cultivating joy, using your natal chart as our guide. For individual sessions, choose from a 30 minute virtual "quickie" or a 60 minute deep dive. For couple coaching, we will consult both of your natal charts individually, and your combined synastry relationship charts to build and/or repair relationship. Couples can opt for a 60 minute deep dive, or a 90 minute session.
Ongoing Coaching Support
After our first session, whether it was an R+R or a virtual consult (30m, 60m or 90m), you might want to continue the conversation surrounding your goals that we addressed in the session. Following are some affordable options for ongoing support. New questions, or new goals, should be addressed with a new virtual session instead of this option.

Research + Readings
Or as I like to call it, R+R. Joy at the Helm was created to serve and support my local community here in NE SA. But as a lifelong learner, I am also interested in identifying astrological patterns or placements in the natal chart that can more directly address the five domains of cultivating joy. Presently, I am researching the domain of relationships. I am interested in the family of origin, and the impact of our family dynamics on our adult lives. In exchange for your participation in brief questionnaires, you will receive a no-cost 30 minute personalized astrological reading of your natal chart and the themes determined from your questionnaires. The topics will involve attachment dynamics, values you have learned or earned from your family of origin, and your quest for joy in the present. Before scheduling an R+R, you must first schedule your free discovery call and complete the intake form. You must have an accurate birth time to participate.
