The 5 Domains of Cultivating Joy
the Self

No matter where you are in the process, identity work is the most rewarding and meaningful work you'll undertake.
From self-exploration (who am I?), to self-insight (so that's why I do that!), or from self-acceptance (I matter) to self-actualization (I am living up to my potential), astrology offers the ultimate map of the self.
Letting Go
How can living in the moment cultivate more joy in our lives? What if our present moment is painful, oppressive, or downright traumatizing?
The common thread in our generations of pop psychology teachings is simply letting go. Letting go of expectations, letting go of attachments, or letting go of experiences or people that no longer nourish us.

Vocation
The advice to "do what you love" is a charming catch phrase, but nearly impossible to implement if we are working paycheck to paycheck, or are facing stubborn obstacles (or colleagues!) at every turn. The natal chart addresses all of it-- our dreams, skills, strengths, coworkers, obstacles, opportunities, and the paths to a vocation that brings us joy.

Boundaries
Healthy boundaries are crucial in all relationships. They promote autonomy, clarify responsibilities, and ensure comfort. By setting expectations and separating your needs and feelings from others, you can strengthen relationships and gain self-respect.
Sometimes we need internal boundaries. Internal boundaries are choices we make to protect ourselves. They help us filter our feelings and decide how to move forward. Building stronger internal boundaries can resolve challenges in relationships and prevent burnout. Setting limits and promises for ourselves can improve our overall well-being. Saying "no" is important, whether it's to others or ourselves, and is a key aspect of setting boundaries.

Relationships

Close relationships have a powerful influence on our health and happiness. They protect us from life's challenges and contribute to a long joyful life, proving to be more important than money, social class, IQ, or even health. The other domains improve our relationship to ourselves. This domain takes us outward, toward building and repairing the foundation of our community.
