1 Month of ongoing texting support plus 60 minutes for a second consultation.
Service Description
You are welcome to text as needed, no limit to the number of texts you can send in the month. I will reply once daily on days texts are received. My texts will be thoughtful and address your day's queries. You will have 60 minutes of consultation, to be used in the month. You can schedule in four 15 minute increments, two 30 minute increments, or one 60 minute session within the month. Unused minutes will not roll over to the next month.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 72 hours of booking will not receive a refund, but services can be rescheduled at no cost. To reschedule a cancellation, you will need to contact Joy at the Helm via email, and place your request in writing.
