Service Description
We will exchange one email a week as needed. One email from you, and one reply email from me weekly, or once per week as you need. Payments will be recurring each month until you elect to cancel. You can also schedule 30 minute sessions as needed each month. There is no roll over if you do not use your 30 minutes each month. You will have priority booking, and can expect flexibility in scheduling. You can use your 30 minutesper month to address new topics as needed. If you believe you will benefit from continuous flexible support, this is the most affordable option. You are free to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 72 hours of booking will not receive a refund, but services can be rescheduled at no cost. To reschedule a cancellation, you will need to contact Joy at the Helm via email, and place your request in writing.
